Lighting mounted internally within the exit of the leveler to allow the operator to quickly and easily see what the material looks like as it exits the machine to assist in determining if all shape correction has been performed correctly.
Dual herring bone gear train within the B&K® leveler gearbox which completely eliminates any end thrust from being transmitted across the gear and into the u-joints and work roll journals.
Gear driven oil lubrication system for the B&K® leveler gearbox which constantly circulates oil when the machine is running thus preventing excess heat build up within the oil and loss of viscosity.
Powered high rise head to allow easy access to clean and inspect the leveler work rolls.
Flip gate on the inspection cascade to allow un-obstructed access to clean the leveler work rolls.
Leveler control panel is mounted on a hinge system allowing it swing open 90° and provide ample room to access the work rolls for roll changing.
Power lift support roll assembly to allow easy access to set up the slitter tooling on the arbor when elevated. It also provides a roller support bridge table when lowered for supporting material between slitter arbor and hydraulic shear.
Digital Knife Position Indicator System which assists the operator in quick and accurate set up of the slitter tooling.
Stacker doors are designed with lexan guards towards the operator side of the line for easy visual reference of stacker door adjustment and part stack quality.
